How did y’all tell your parents? My sister already has two children so this is not their first grandchild.

My plan is for my parents is that I’m going to print some photos out of my son and put them in a envelope and tell her I got some photos printed for her and one is either going to be an ultrasound photos or a photo of my son doing an announcement that he will be a big brother. Maybe you could do something like that but involve your sisters kids and tell your mom you did some photos for her and include an announcement photo or ultrasound. Or do an announcement photo session and make some prints for her, then you can also use the photos for a social media announcement if you are planning that.
