Post partum fitness
Hey y’all so before I got pregnant with my daughter I was 115, I weighed 147 when she was born. my daughter will be 4 months old on June 4th and now I weigh 136, I would like to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I know breastfeeding helps loose weight but I couldn’t breastfeed my daughter when she was born so she’s on formula 😞 Im walking every evening when it is nice Outside where I live and I just started cutting out caffeine. Is there any workouts or anything else that you recommend? Picture is from a few days ago.
