Pain in feet and hands

27 weeks as of today with twins ! I weigh about 250. My feet swell so much. My ankles constantly hurt. My feet hurt to just even touch them! Elevation and soaking them doesn’t work!I have had this itching problem for the last couple of weeks where my hands, feet, and belly itches so much I can’t sleep! I called my doctor they sent me to L&D they think it’s Cholestasis. When I do sleep I wake up with itchy feet and hands and now the doctor is telling me I have carpal tunnel in my hands! Is anyone else facing these problems?
