Me and my husband have been trying for a year and half. I was told I have PCOS and that I will need to make an appointment with a fertility doctor. Well I made that appointment a month ago and it’s next week but I guess I can cancel it😭😭

For anyone who’s been asking the only thing I did different was I started calorie counting and eating more healthy, I did ovulation tests and had sex on my fertile day and lifted my pelvis up and sat and relaxed for 15 min after sex. I also got a massage a few days after ovulating to help relax❤️
