How many of you have had brown spotting in 2nd trimester?

I spotted in first and early second trimester. Cause unknown and likely cervix irritation. I had a hematoma early on in first trimester but it reabsorbed after a few weeks. My drs have said unfortunately for some women bleeding in pregnancy with no cause does happen.

I have been having brown spotting in mucus at 18 weeks, 19 weeks, and this morning at 21. OB honestly didn’t seem concerned. Cervix is still closed and long. I personally hate it and freak out every time it happens, but am trying to stay calm and observant of potential issues.

I’ve had brown spotting in my second trimester. Once at 15 weeks and again at 16 weeks. I was told I have a low lying placenta and that’s what’s causing it. I was put on pelvic rest.
