How many ounces do you feed, and how many times a day?
Right now I’m alternating breastfeeding and formula. My schedule is as follows:
6am: breastfed
9am: 5 oz bottle
12noon: breastfed
3pm: 5oz bottle
5pm: breastfed
8pm: bottle
10:30pm breastfed
I’m wanting to change my schedule up a bit to where I’m done breastfeeding by 7. Maybe have my new schedule be
6am: breastfeed
12noon: breastfeed
7pm: breastfeed
I feel bad but the breastfeeding at 10pm is affecting my schedule
