Would you put your child in a church preschool??

Question

My husband and I are both atheist.
We started looking into preschool and it seems like the best ones in our price range are all at churches.. 
Does it matter? I went to one, but idk.
Does anyone know if they actually talk about religion that much in the preschool??

Churches like to make the preschool affordable for a reason...so they can indoctrinate them young.
Kids that age will believe anything they're told. No, I wouldn't put my kid in a religious preschool except as a last resort.

They do. Its annoying. My nephew spouts all kind if nonsense he learns there. His parents are Christian so it works for them.

Nope... all I need is to have my child indoctrinated by them. Absolutely not. I dont to come and have my daughter all excited about a nonexistent thing , turning water into wine. I dont want her to be indoctrinated to believe masturbation is a sin and people should not have sex til marriage because it's a "sin". I dont want my daughter preaching verses fromt he bible and I dont want her to think that " God will make things better".
I didnt get where I am because of a non existent thing in the skies. I got where I am because I worked hard for it. Went to school for it. Paid for it.
I believe in a good and bad energy. Karma maybe. Positive thinking...
But I absolutely don't belive in having my child indoctrinated from a young age. If when shes older and understands science vs blind faith,  then she can believe in whatever she wants. But I'll not purposely brainwash her

There is nothing wrong with religious preschools bringing their faith into teaching practices. Would you be okay with your child being taught this? If not then I would not send my child there but it’s great for people who wish to bring their child up in a particular faith. If you don’t believe then don’t go, save spots for people who want their children Brough up like that.

I went to a church preschool. It was not anything extreme all I can remember is praying before snack time and singing that Jesus loves me song lol. Of course they are really big into celebrating Christmas and Easter I thought that was fun haha

I was basically raised by television and a cat and I have a lot less trauma than my friends who were groomed into religious education. How dire is the need for adult supervision?

I send my kids to church camps. I do because they seem to be the best camps in our area and offer so many activities for the kids in the summer. Yes they do teach religion but I have taught my children to listen and be respectful but we will clarify any questions they may have later.  Personally I would send my kids to the preschool. I would tell the staff my beliefs and hope they can be respectful. If not I would switch but they may surprise you.

I went to a preschool at a Methodist church in Mississippi back in like 2000, and honestly, from what I remember, i never once learned anything about Christianity there. I didn’t even color a single Jesus or biblical scene.
However, my experience might have been the exception, so I would try and learn more about each specific option.
