I have been ttc for about a year and half now , I have currently have irregular periods these can range from 28day cycles to 36 day cycles . I am under the gyn regarding my fertility and I’ve had quite a few test a copy of my hospital notes were posted to me and it said possible Adenomyosis this has made me go into panick mode when reading up online about it .

I already have a child with my partner his first sperm test came back with a low sperm count he’s waiting on 2nd results, I’m not having regular periods and can’t pin point when ovulating now this . I just feel really down about it all any advise would be great x
