My doctor told me they ARE contractions but they are tiny tiny ones and aren’t strong enough to progress the cervix until they become intense and consistent. They are just prepping everything!

I've been having that plus tightening all around my middle. My doctor said its Braxton hicks (spelling maybe wrong) and as long as its sporadic and infrequent then all is good.
