What are twin pregnancy symptoms?

Okay guys so I found out I'm pregnant 2 days ago and I'm 5 weeks 3 days according to my app. I been feeling movement and I been feeling sick more then a normal pregnancy with one baby. I'm sleepy 24 7. I'm also cramping every day. Could I be prego with twins? What are the symptoms for twins?
