I was never self conscious before..
So lately my mom has been putting me down and throwing little remarks at me saying I’ve gained weight since high school (which I have but I loved the weight I gained). Today she said she thinks my husband misses when I was a size 7.. of course I talked to him about it and he said nothing but comforting words of reassurance. What my mom said has been in the back of my mind..
This is what I look like, about 160 lbs, 5’3.
I know I’m not fat, but can y’all drop some workout routines?
