Unexplained infertility success?

Feeling very frustrated.

TTC since ~March 2018 (took a few cycles here and there off).

All testing for me and my husband came back as normal, including confirmation that i ovulate.

On second round of femara (disappointingly start my period this weekend) to include “super ovulation”.

Anyone have any positive stories of pregnancy with unexplained infertility?

I as proactive and made an appointment at a fertility clinic for July, in the event these last 2 rounds of femara do not work.
