Just had a growth scan today because doctors were suspecting that baby girl was a “little” bigger than normal. I tested negative for GD and Preeclampsia so they weren’t too worried.

So I walk into the ultrasound room thinking oh no problem, maybe just a long baby. My husband is 6’1” and I’m only 4’10”...

NOPE she’s already 5.5lbs and her arms and legs measure about 34-35 weeks. Not only is she long but she is quite chunky right now.

Any mommas out there want to share some kind words?

I’m a FTM, and they’re telling me to expect a 9-10lb baby at full term. I’m also petite so they’ll be offering a c-section as well.
