So got my membrane sweep, was told im only 1.5 almost 2cm dilated and 70% effaced but still kinda firm... With me being 39 weeks the doctor agreed to a Membrane sweep to see since ive been having contractions for 5 days.. She did it had a good amount of blood from doing so on her glove and now i have alot of dark blood(yes i know this is normal)and very very light cramps but my question was who had a successful membrane sweep?? Can you explain your symptoms to it being successful for you and what did you do on top of it to make it work??
