I’m really WORRIED!

So I went to the doctor today and they were saying they believe I’m 8 weeks, that did an sonogram and I only measured 5... they said I need to come back next week so we can find the heartbeat since it was still just the sack... IM SO NERVOUS THAT IM GOING TO MISCARRY!! Anyone ever been in this situation?
