Growth scan

I’m 30w, and my doctor hasn’t offered me one. Can I ask for one? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I see everyone talking about how big their baby is and I have zero clue on mine. I’m in the USA, is a third trimester/growth scan a thing for everyone ? Or do some doctors just not do it if you’re healthy (which I have been)? I am older (36 y/o) and am just paranoid that I have an issue that my doctor is missing because I haven’t been checked via ultrasound in a long time.
