Chronic yeast infections?

Has anyone had this issue? I didn’t have this problem when pregnant with my daughter but now being pregnant with twins, it’s non stop. I’m almost 12 weeks pregnant and on my 3rd yeast infection 😩 So have to do the 7 day monistat again 😭 Does anyone have any solutions to this? I already take probiotics, 2 actually but still seem to have this issue. My vagina just needs a break from this nasty discharge.

I have had 3 since being pregnant. My doctor prescribed me diflucan twice and I used monistat 7 the third time. I have learned my triggers and try to avoid them as much as possible. These are the things I do to help prevent and or reduce the occurence.
1. Reduce bread and sugar intake
2. I take probiotic supplements, but more than the daily dose.
3. Drink a cup of Kefir everyday. 
4. Change underwear multiple times throughout day to ensure I stay dry and clean. (Sometimes I don't wear any)
5. Stick to one type of soap that works for you. (Dove unscented works for me.)
6. Use soapy water to clean right after sex. 
7. My boyfriend uses irish spring soap, and if we have sex right after he has showered, I feel so itchy so I have convinced him to use my soap to avoid any of his soap residue throwing of my balance.
