Tips to get pregnant?

I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 13 months now and I’ve lost hope. I’m scared to go to the doctors to hear bad news . 
Any tips to get pregnant?

Go to the Dr to see if there is something that can be fixed. You May have something that is workable. But you’ll regret it if you waited too late.

Use OPK, track temp, take prenatal vitamins, drink lots of water, don’t stand up right after sex (give it 10-15 minutes) and then go pee.
