Blood in urine

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant this is my second pregnancy but I don’t remember having blood in my urine. I have used the bathroom three times so far this afternoon. The first time it was red the second and third time alittle red. Should I be worried. I feel like I’m bloated like as if I had overeaten. And I don’t know what it could be. Please help.
