Expressing at night best time?
Hi ladies
Bit of back story.
I had a premature baby at 23 weeks who is currently at NICU. I have been expressing for 2 months but recently become a little lazy and have good supply so only express 5/6 times a day
They say getting up at nigh you get the best supply so what time is it that’s best?
