Braxton Hicks (well what I thought was Braxton Hicks) none stop then a small bleed I noticed when I peed.

I’d go to your doctor. It could be normal or it could be preterm labour

I went into preterm labor with my son. I have very severe cramps and a pulling sensation. I walked around for about 3 hours thinking it was Braxton Hicks but it just getting more painful so finally I went to the doctor they said I was in preterm labor and gave me medication to stop the contractions.

i had pretty severe braxton hicks throughout my first pregnancy and had a major increase in discharge the entire time also. i’m 6 weeks with my second and already have an increase again, so if it’s not big gushes of liquid it’s probably not your waters. my water broke at 36 weeks but it was obvious it was my waters. if you aren’t having any bleeding or regular contractions you’re probably fine, but maybe check in with your OBGYN or midwife just for peace of mind.
