Swollen legs and feet?

38 + 5 this is new to me, when should I worry about my legs and feet being swollen?

I feel you. I actually went to L&D today because the swelling was so bad that it was making me cry and I wasn’t even able to walk. Then...my feet to my knees turned purple! They told me that as long as I didn’t have high blood pressure or protein in my urine...this is actually pretty common. I’ve found that keeping my feet elevated and not walking too much really helps! Good luck!!!

Answer

You should worry if the swelling doesn’t go down after resting with them elevated. Or if you have a history of elevated blood pressure.
