Beginning Weight Loss?
Okay, so here's the deal. I've always struggled with my weight. I was a bookish kid with bad eating habits. Now that I'm older I'm doing more stuff outdoors with my SO and paying more attention to stuff other people are doing and thinking "that looks like it feels good."
I'm 8 weeks postpartum, and I consistently lost weight throughout my pregnancy. In fact, I weigh 20lbs less than I did before I got pregnant. My baby provided a good motivation to eat better. However, now I'm so tied up in caring for him that I'm just not eating.
I have about 100lbs to lose before I'm where my doctor wants me. I'm wondering, what are some quick and effective exercises I can do from home? I cycle for 15 minutes each night but that has never been enough in the past. I'm a beginner at this and not in great shape, so I want to start light and work my way up (I'm also less likely to quit that way).
