My husband was struck in the face with a large tool at work and barely flinched when it happened or at the hospital when they stitched him up... Got a cold a few weeks later and you would have thought he was on his death bed. Go figure!! :)

My SO has dealt with constant pain from a tumor growing inside the bones of his right hand for the last 5 years. He had a full ride tennis scholarship that he lost because he could no longer hold a tennis racket. He's also an artist and he can't hold a brush or a pencil without a lot of pain. I've seen him cry a few times and he's woken me in the middle of the night shaking in pain, but he still loves life and he is an incredible man. It hasn't been easy but he still holds on to hope and we're asking for prayers for a surgery he has coming up (surgery number 3) in October. My SO is quite the man and inspires me everyday with his determination and I love him. ❤️

My husband had a left below knee amputation and every day its a painful thing to wear his leg but he does it with a smile. You will rarely hear him say anything about pain. Him holding up his sister haha
