Struggling with weight loss
Every time I try to lose weight I get unmotivated and give up. Even when I’m seeing results I give up. For example I lose 5 pounds in a week on weight watchers but just got sad and unmotivated then gave up. I want to start back but I have no motivation. Does anyone have any ideas how I can stay motivated?
