Pumping stash
I have three month twins which I am EBFing. I want to build up a nice supply in the freezer but I’m having a hard time just finding the time to even pump. They eat every 1 - 2 hours depending. I’ve maybe pumped a total of 40 or so ounces but I currently only have 4 in the freezer now. I go back to work when they turn 6 months old and I’d like to feed them breastmilk for a year. Any tips?
