For the ladies who have a partner with low count or bad morphology what vitamins did they take and did they work? I’m doing research and right now it’s between fertilaid and the best nest go dog go vitamins but I’m not sure which one is better. I’ve also read reviews on Amazon for both of these that it said it reduced their count but it seems that there are more positive reviews than negative. I’m trying to do everything I possibly can before we start our first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> doctors are so quick to just say you have no choice but to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> if there’s a cheaper way in a form of a vitamin and it works it’s worth a shot what’s another 2-3 months at this point?!? 🙃
