If so how long did it hurt afterward. It feels like day one all over again. So painful. At what point would you go to the dr?

Have your partner suck it out! Sounds crazy but unclogs in two minutes.

I never had luck unclogging my ducts. Warm compresses before nursing helped a bit. I always ended up very achey and tired and was treated for mastitis. One time I got the fever and red, warm rash.
I’ve heard that pointing your child’s nose or chin near the clog can help it unclog and also dangle-feeding.

if its red, warm to the touch & you are running a fever it could be mastitis. my clogged ducts seem to be sore for about a day after they get unclogged, i always use warm compresses and massage the spot
