Need some help !!!!!!

Justine • Wed, Sep 23 • we have our babyboy Ethan born may 13,2016 n our babyboy Emmett July 3,2017 and our babyboy Elliott born August 8th 2018(:!!! I love them so much

This is my rainbow baby so in a few hrs I will be 7 weeks .... I have slight cramping here n there..my first Dr visit is Friday is this normal to be cramping I'm scared something will be wrong :(
