I was so scared!

...Last night, my daughter was crying and I thought she had bad gas. I messaged her tummy while daddy held her. She calmed down, so I gave her her vitamin D drops before bed. She immediately vomited everywhere! It was sooo much! Daddy and I were horrified! I knew she had eaten quite a bit, and hadn’t really burped, but I still thought it was normal.

I felt absolutely terrible and guilty. Now I will take breaks and burp her. She used to nurse for that long and be fine. Maybe she got more efficient? I can’t believe I overfed her! 😭😭
