Sounds silly but look into sprinkling corn starch on the area and/or Vaseline. Worked wonders in the past on my little ones. Also if you’re nursing/pumping, breast milk may help.

Yea it happens. Put some Aquaphor on it I loved it for my babies, and it clears up within like 2days

Corn starch corn starch corn starch! Put it on and it will be gone by tomorrow! It will dry it out. That's all I use for diaper rashes and have been for 2.5 years.

We just put my daughter on nutramigen when she was exclusively on breastmilk and she’s having the same issue 😭 I’m using extra strength desitin and it seems to be helping a tad

LAYER. ON. THE BUTT PASTE. if you can see through the paste to the wounds, it's not thick enough. Oatmeal baths, pat to wash and dry. DO NOT use any kind of aloe or anything that irritates😁
