What did everyone do to get pregnant?!

Hey everyone! I been for 3 years and no luck. Doctors say I am perfectly healthy and the only thing was one tube was blocked but they opened it up.
What has everyone done to get pregnant?!? I would like to hear people’s stories!!!!!

We gave up. Literally, gave up. We did IUI three times and it didn’t take. I had an emotional breakdown and my husband said enough was enough. So I did some therapy to help me through the pain of it and couples therapy to help us reconnect. A few months of not tracking and not trying we had sex ONCE that month, middle of the day quickie and boom. I’m now 36wks with our girl. I think my body needed a break, emotionally.

Sex every other day or 2 days as soon as my period ended until the next one was due. Pregnant the first month TTC all 4 times.

Went on top and didnt lie down afterwards... just got on about my day etc. I done everything for 16 cycles and the 17th is when I said F it and changed what I done. Didnt opk or temp check that month either as I knew by then when I ovulated. So just went with the flow. Didnt even take a hpt until I was 4 days late, wasnt paying attention which isnt like me. I had sex 2 times before ovulation week started then inbetween one day on, one day off. So all that fertile time I just had sex 4 times lol... other months I tried every other day or every day and just didnt happen. 🤷‍♀️ TTC #2 so going with the same approach lol.
