Ovulation Question w/ Letrozole

My husband and I successfully got pregnant with 5 mg of Letrozole and an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in May. Unfortunately, we miscarried in July. We had to wait 2 cycles before we could start trying again. We went to the doctor on the 17th. They put me on 2.5 mg of Letrozole (starting on day 3 of my cycle). I finished my last dose of the meds today the 22nd. I have been having slight pain on my left side so I took a ovulation test out of curiosity. It showed positive for ovulation. It was only day 6 of the cycle. Is it possible that I am ovulating? I tested again this morning and this evening (day 7 of this cycle) and its still says positive. Could it be that I am about to ovulate or do you think it's the medication that I am on?? My doc said that it is possible that it's the meds, but didn't give us a for sure answer.
