I loved the Femometer! It’s super accurate and has an app made just for tracking and TTC. Ava bracelet is decent too!

Buy the book taking charge of your fertility and an $8 bbt thermometer with two decimal places. Cheaper than an Ava and way more accurate. You’re actually learning your body. Also, not sure what you mean by fertility pills, because you can’t take a pill to get fertile-everyone’s body is a delicate balance and needs different things.
