Random drop in supply?
Hi ladies, my breast milk supply just randomly dropped down a ton the last couple of days. He has been ebf and the only real change is I haven't been using the hakaa as much. Has this happened to anyone else? I have been eating lactation cookies and that boosted my supply for a while but not sure why it just dropped.
