It's not. Besides, milk is made for nourishing baby cows, not humans.

Not very, but calcium is very important. There are other ways to get the calcium you need without milk.

I find milk gross & apparently creamy stuff & I are not on good terms right now (cream cheese on my brekky sandwich made me lose it, ugh) BUT - taking a Calcium/Magnesium Supplement is a great way to boost those minerals in your diet at any time -- & my sister-in-law, who had terrible heartburn with both her pregnancies, always felt relief when she'd take one of these...  NatureMade has a good balanced pull that isn't too big!!

I usually don't drink cow milk, and my calcium has always been good. But I actually crave the taste of it with this pregnancy so I usually have one cup every morning for breakfast. It taste so good right now.
