So I need advice on how to start building a supply of milk in my freezer for when my daughter starts going to daycare. Do you just take a pump session and put it in the freezer or how exactly does this work??? Do you start a supply in the fridge (how much) and then start your freezer supply taking out frozen milk when your fridge supply runs out??? I am so confused how this works and I don't have much time to get this figured out before I have to go back to work... PLEASE HELP!!!!
