And the whole "cry it out" thing does not work. She would probably cry for hours if I let her and I wouldn't be able to do that anyways. I hold her until she falls asleep but she always wakes up and might be ok for a few minutes but then starts crying until I pick her back up. I don't know what I'm supposed to do 😭

I would love to hold her 24/7 but I have things to do and my husband isn't always around for me to pass her off to. And I don't have a baby carrier so I either end how finding a way to do things one handed or put her down and listen to her cry.

Between this and how much breastfeeding/pumping is stressing me out, I feel like I'm fucking this whole thing up.
