What do you feel when you hear of a pregnancy?

I'm not talking about a stranger's pregnancy but how do you feel when it's a close friend or family members pregnancy when they gloat or tell you about it? I am happy for them but it kills me inside. My heart feels crushed. Makes me feel like I failure because everyone around me is getting pregnant.
