Cramping and no baby movements

I have had cramps which feel like diarrhea cramps but no diarrhea. There pretty consistent not sure if there coming in intervals or not. I also haven't felt her move all day and normally she has kicked me at least 15 times. Is this ok? Do babies sometimes sleep the whole day? She moved yesterday a bunch and I had cramps like menstruated cramps but not as bad as today?
