May 13 I was told I was 4w 3d

That same day in the afternoon I got a call back and was told I was 1 to 2 weeks pregnant. Last Friday I went in to check my hcg and they went wayyy up and then was told I was only 3 weeks!!! Wth. I’m so confused on how pregnancy works lol. This is my first time ever being pregnant after trying for 7 years!!! But I feel like my belly is quiet big already or am I trippin? Am I just bloated ?

Btw my first appointment isn’t till JUNE 26!!
