Anyone know laws? Help!
If any of you ladies have gone to law school, or just simply know or study laws. Can somebody help me figure out what this means? Long story short, a magistrate hearing has been continued three times now. I was supposed to have a hearing today (05/21) and got something in the mail just yesterday saying it is now on 05/28. And the reason below says “PROSECUTION UNAVAILABLE- POLICE”
What does that mean?
