What do contractions feel like?
I’m 37w3d pregnant. First time mom.
I’ve had some cramping that feels like period aches, and sometimes I get a tight, painless feeling across the abdomen.
However, I have a hard time determining if the tightness is baby movement or a BH contraction. It’s also hard to figure out when it begins and ends.
If you’re having contractions (BH or true labor) is it like super obvious?
