Irregular period, BFN and weight link?
Has anyone else experienced irregular periods and failed attempts at ttc for 1+ years, then changed their diet and exercised more to successfully get a regular period and then a BFP? I’ve been ttc for 21 months, nothing yet, I am about 70 pounds overweight and have finally decided to start eating right and exercising, so far so good I’ve lost 10lbs this month. Just want to hear everyone’s success stories after their health and lifestyle changes.
