How to lose weight in the third trimester?

So I had my checkup with my OB yesterday... when I first got pregnant I was 117 now I am 154 at 28 w 3 d. I was suppose to only gain 35 for the total of my pregnancy. I’m 5”3. Most of the weight is in my belly and thighs. My doctor said I need to try not to gain Any more weight. How do I go about doing this? Even when I eat healthy which I always try to do I’m still gaining weight. He told me no carbs, no sweets and no fatty foods. I’m so devastated I wish I knew how to lose some lbs. I don’t have Gestational diabetes btw. Any mamas with some advice? I’m a FTM!
