Would it be rude to wake my husband up to watch our son?

I am a stay at home mom. My husband was working nights but recently got switched to evenings. He believes that since I'm a stay at home mom he shouldn't have to watch him at all because "it's my only job"

He's only started watching him recently. And even then he follows me around, doesn't do what I tell him to (like what toys he likes etc) and I literally never get more than 30 minutes to myself.

I've had a headache for the last 3 weeks. I'm exhausted. Our son is almost 5 months old and I've been with him 24/7. And he's teething. And in the 4 month sleep regression still. Up 2-5 times a night.

My husband just recently set a schedule for him to watch our son (1-2 hours in the morning around 11) after I told him I wanted a divorce.

My son has been awake for 4 hours with only a 6 minute nap. I already woke him up once because the cat got out...
