In your opinion, is it OK for an adult to play video games online with a child?

Inspired by a recent Reddit post. Basically, a 21 year old man played Fortnite online with a 7 year old girl and wanted to know if he was in the wrong for this. He says the girl said nobody else would play with her and she felt bullied so he played a few games with her and nothing inappropriate happened but he is questioning if he should do it again due to her age as some of his friends said what he did was wrong.

So, do you think it’s ok? Would you allow your child to play video games with an adult online? How do you feel about this situation? Does age matter or are you not ok with it at all regardless of age?
