I'm trying to figure out what is causing it. He can drink fully during the night feeds when I feel like I'm going to burst but during the 8am+ feeds after he's awake he just screams and cries during. I thought it was because of my forceful letdown but if he's able to eat at night when my boobs are fullest then that wouldn't make sense. Sometimes he'll fall asleep after crying for so long. Is it morning gas, or a sign he needs to sleep longer? He only gets about 8 hours max a night. When he wakes up maybe he's crying because he actually needs more sleep?
