I had my first ultrasound today and we only saw the sac but nothing in it . I was told I might of been 7 weeks but I told them I don’t get my period every month . So they checked through vaginal ultrasound and only saw the sac it was really small so couldn’t see anything inside . I’m thinking i might be about 4 weeks . I’m really scared like what if there’s no baby I’m really scared

they called me to make another ultrasound appointment on June 3rd I hope something shows .
