First Birthday Party!!

Ladies, I need suggestions! I already have the theme for my daughter's first birthday, but where did you have the party? She's a summer baby so we will be having it the last weekend in July. We kind of want it outside at a pavilion but I'm super worried about the weather. Indoors could be an option but not at our house.
